We start with the paperwork, because that's where jobs go wrong.

People reach us at different stages. One has planning permission and a full set of drawings. Another has a plot and a sketch.

So before anyone prices anything, we check what information exists and agree who signs off each decision. Gaps get flagged early, while they're still cheap to fix.

Rear, side-return, wraparound or two-storey. The tricky part is always the join with the existing house, so we pay close attention to temporary support and weatherproofing where new meets old.

You might already have drawings from an architect. If you don't, we can work alongside whoever is designing it.

A new house

One-off homes, replacement dwellings and small developments, for private clients, landowners and developers. We run the programme, the trades and the materials from site preparation to testing and handover.

Work on a commercial building

A single repair or a full refurbishment. Most commercial work happens in buildings that stay open, so we plan around your access routes and trading hours, and we phase the job or work out of hours when the site needs it.

Facilities managers can also use us for planned maintenance and call-outs.

What happens after you get in touch

The same five stages on every job, large or small.

  1. We talk

    You tell us about the site, how far the design has got and when you need it finished.

  2. We review what you have

    Drawings, surveys and approvals. We go through them and list anything that's missing.

  3. We agree a plan in writing

    The scope, how the price is worked out, the programme and who buys what. All settled before work starts.

  4. We build

    We coordinate the trades and check the work at each stage. You get progress reports as we go.

  5. We test and hand over

    Installations tested, snags closed, and the certificates and project information passed to you.
