Amida provides electrical works for commercial buildings, refurbishments, fit-outs, plant installations and occupied premises. The service covers new infrastructure, alterations, compliance testing, fault investigation and planned maintenance, with work sequenced to protect people, property and operational continuity.

Existing supplies, distribution arrangements and load requirements are reviewed before alterations begin. Where shutdowns are unavoidable, they are planned with the client and coordinated with other trades and critical systems.

Power, distribution and containment

• Single- and three-phase installations, distribution boards, switchgear, submains, final circuits, isolators and supplies to mechanical or specialist equipment.

• Cable tray, basket, ladder, trunking, conduit and routes for power, data, controls, security and communications cabling.

Lighting, testing and fault response

• Electrical Installation Condition Reports, inspection, testing, portable appliance testing where required, remedial works and suitable certification for completed installations.

Safe integration and clear records

Electrical activities are coordinated with building management, fire systems, IT, HVAC and plumbing interfaces. Labelling, test results, circuit information and completion records are provided in a format appropriate to the scope, helping facilities teams maintain a reliable and understandable installation.

Remedial recommendations can be prioritised by safety, operational impact and urgency rather than issued as an unexplained defect list. New work is positioned with maintainability in mind, including practical access to distribution equipment, controls and isolation points, while fire stopping around new cable routes is coordinated where required.
