Amida Group is a building contractor. Our work falls into three areas: commercial works for buildings that are usually occupied while we're in them, new-build houses, and extensions to existing homes.
On the commercial side that covers seventeen services, from civils and roofing to fit-out, fire protection and planned maintenance. They can be used one at a time or combined under a single programme.
Before anyone prices anything, we check what information exists and agree who signs off each decision. Gaps in drawings, surveys or approvals get flagged early, while they're still cheap to fix.
From there every job follows the same order: a first conversation, a review of what you have, a plan agreed in writing, the build itself, then testing and handover.
On commercial projects we work for property owners, landlords, tenants, managing agents and facilities teams.
On houses and extensions we work for private clients, landowners and residential developers, and alongside the architects, engineers and surveyors they appoint.
