Amida provides survey, repair, maintenance and replacement services for flat, pitched and industrial roofs. Work is planned around the roof build-up, drainage, access, occupied areas below and the need to keep the property weather-tight throughout the programme.

Leak symptoms do not always identify the point of entry. Inspections therefore consider coverings, laps, outlets, penetrations, upstands, flashings, parapets and adjoining elevations before the most proportionate repair is recommended.

Safe access and weather protection

Access equipment, edge protection, temporary waterproofing and material movements are included in the planning process. Progress is sequenced to limit exposed areas, and completed work is reviewed at junctions and drainage points before the roof is handed back.

Proposals can identify whether a local repair, overlay or replacement is technically suitable, together with known limitations and dependencies. Where warranties or manufacturer-backed systems are required, the specification, installer route, inspections and documentation need to be agreed before work starts rather than treated as a handover exercise.
